Mooring Surveying

Our mooring survey service has been operating for over 20 years as a registered Parks Vic contractor. Our fields of moorings are located in Williamstown , St Kild and Docklands with some 500 moorings on our data base.

The Holdfast Barge was built and commissioned in 2006 and has unrestricted survey for Port Phillip and Corio Bay.

On board we have Forward Sounding Sonar , Differentional G.P.S., 2.5 Ton Hyab extention crane with a reach of 6 metres along with being self propelled by a Turbo diesel and drawing only 0.7 of a metre it is the ideal vessel for any mooring survey.

Mooring Survey Fee

The cost for a mooring survey is $335.50 incl. gst. This includes a full crane lift to the deck of the barge, inspection of weight and tackle.

 PLEASE NOTE - Upon inspection if extra work is required it will be completed and invoiced for labour and materials. If no work is required your  survey will be forwarded to Parks Vic and a copy sent to you to complete the process.
